采埃孚一拖（洛陽）車橋有限公司為第一拖拉機(jī)股份有限公司與采埃孚（中國）投資有限公司共同出資設(shè)立的中外合資企業(yè)，公司位于河南省洛陽市西工區(qū)漢宮西路 16 號，注冊資本為人民幣 28,300 萬元 ，主要從事農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械車輛驅(qū)動橋的產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、應(yīng)用工程、生產(chǎn)、裝配及銷售業(yè)務(wù)。采埃孚（中國）投資有限公司持股比例為 51%；第一拖拉機(jī)股份有限公司持股比例為 49%。
